Drake, along with Cash Money Records and Universal Music, are being sued for copyright infringement over use of a sample on his "Best I Ever Had" single. Playboy Music claims that Drake's song samples their "Fallin In Love" song by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds stating that the "infringing conduct is continuing and ongoing."
